The applicant has filed this application for speaking to the minutes and sought correction in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 07.04.2025. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the following corrections be effected in the order dated 07.04.2025. 3.

The date "29.11.2012" mentioned in paragraph No.2 be replaced with the date "06.01.2016". Similarly the words "the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition General) Nagpur (MS) and Competent Authority for acquisition of land for National Highway" be replaced with the word "Hon'ble Arbitrator".
