Prayer is to condone delay in filing the restoration application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the civil application.

Though the prayer is opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the non-applicant, considering the reasons mentioned, the delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid by the applicant to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within a period of two weeks from today.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order refusing registration is revoked and the
