Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed before this Court whereby order of issuance of process was challenged passed against the applicant in Regular Criminal Complaint Case No.163/2015 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.2, Gondia for offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
On 5.4.2019, this Court (Coram : Rohit B.Deo, J.) admitted the application and also granted interim Stay in .....2/-
apl943.18 4 favour of the applicant.

On 21.6.2019, this Court (Coram : Rohit B.Deo, J.) referred the matter to Mediator. Parties to this application appeared before learned Mediator and before learned Mediator parties to this application arrived at a compromise. Agreement was reduced into writing and it was duly signed by non-applicants and their respective counsel and also by learned Mediator.

Both learned counsel state that since now the matter is settled between parties, this Court may dispose of the present application in terms of agreement dated 4.10.2019.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application is disposed of in terms of compromise arrived at between parties.
