In view of the allegations in the complaint about the consent of the prosecutrix, I am satisfied that it is a fit case for confirmation of the interim order granting anticipatory bail. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.659/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Rule made absolute in terms of interim order dated 10.12.2015 granted by this Court.
