Sufficient time was granted on 30.03.2017, 20.04.2017, 15.06.2017, 06.07.2017, and 20.07.2017 as a last chance, for supply of copies, the appellant has failed to supply the same.

Hence, due to non-supply of copies even after sufficient opportunity, the matter is dismissed in default, in view of Chapter VII Rule 2(iii) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
