Present application is filed by Respondent No.1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee, Yavatmal for extension of time to comply the order of this Court dated 03/09/2025. By the order dated 03/09/2025, the Respondent No.1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee was directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within a period of three weeks. However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader contended that the Petitioner submitted more documents on record and therefore, the vigilance is required.

As such, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Two months time is granted for concluding the inquiry in respect of tribe claim of the Petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to the Respondent No.1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee, Yavatmal.

The Petitioner is directed to co-operate in concluding the inquiry within stipulated period. He shall not be permitted now to place on record further documents without permission of the Court.

The application stands disposed of.
