Learned Advocate for the respondent - Recovery Officer has pointed out paragraph No.18 of the additional affidavit sworn by Vikas Kumar Mahaseth and submitted that the entire amount is recovered from the Sootgirni. In paragraph No.20 of the additional affidavit, it is stated that the show cause notice dated 10th October, 2017 issued to the petitioner is withdrawn. In view of the submission made on behalf of the respondent, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive and seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Writ petition is disposed as withdrawn. No costs.
