It is seen from the record that the applicant/appellant has deposited the amount of Rs.36,96,015/- on 19.08.2025.

In view of this position, the application stands disposed of.

It is seen from the record that the appeal with Cross Objection No.18 of 2021 is disposed of finally by judgment and order dated 30.04.2024. The appellant has also deposited the amount in this Court as per judgment and order dated 19.08.2025.

Counsel for respondent no.1 made oral request for permission to withdraw the amount so deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Learned Counsel for the appellant/applicant Ms N. Choubey has no objection for the same.

In view of this, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the decreetal amount deposited in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon.
