Considering the nature of accusations and the fact that the appellants were granted ad-interim protection during pendency of the pre-arrest bail application of the appellants before the Sessions Court and nothing is observed in the impugned order that the appellant misused the interim protection, we are of the view that the appellants are entitled for the interim protection.

Hence, the following order:

2 apeal729.19 In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 321 of 2019, registered with the respondent No.1, the appellants be released on provisional bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rupees Twenty Thousand each with one solvent surety in the like amount for each of the appellant. CRI.APPLN.NO.960/2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, three weeks' time is granted to file certified copy of the order. The Criminal Application is disposed accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE RRaut..
