Vide order dated 30.10.2017, notice was issued to the respondent, making it returnable on 13.11.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the fact, that on 30.10.2017, it was also stated that the learned trial Court to adjourn the matter beyond 13.11.2017, inadvertently, it has not appeared in the order dated 30.10.2017.

It appears to be an inadvertent mistake. Accordingly, the learned Judge to adjourn the matter beyond 13.11.2017.

In addition to Court notice, advocate for the petitioner to serve the respondent by private notice and file the affidavit of service before next date. Hamdast permitted. Criminal Application (APPW) No.247/2017 stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
