The respondents do not seriously oppose the amendment.

Learned senior counsel for respondent No.4 Shri S.P. Dharmadhikari with learned counsel Shri C.S. Samudre, however, states that Civil Application No.2279 of 2015 moved by it must be heard. He also states that amendment should not be allowed to be used to adjourn consideration of that application.

In this situation, we grant prayer in Civil Application No.2495 of 2015. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 Shri M.M. Agnihotri seeks time of two weeks thereafter to file reply. The request is being opposed by learned senior counsel for respondent No.4 Shri S.P. Dharmadhikari. We place Civil Application No.2279 of 2015 for further consideration on 28.1.2016 with notice to the parties that the application shall be considered on that day on the basis of available records.
