Heard Shri Jaltare, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nayak, learned APP for the respondents.
Perused the FIR dated 22.10.2014. We find that some disputed questions arise. The charge sheet is already presented. As such, the petitioner can raise all those questions before the trial Court in accordance with law. The grievance about illegality of alleged raid, undue harassment or then victimization due to previous history, are kept open and the petitioner is given liberty to press the same at appropriate juncture.
With these observations and liberty, Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.
