By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the rejection of his nomination form, submitted by him for contesting State Legislative Assembly election from Saoner Constituency.

In view of the decisions of this Court in Karmaveer Tulshiram Autade and Ors. Vs. The State Election Commission and Ors., Writ Petition (Stamp) No.26/2021 dated 13.01.2021 and in Mr.Aakifahmed Dafedar Vs. Election Commission of India and Ors., Writ Petition (L) No.33595/2024 dated 05.11.2024, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
