DATED : FEBRUARY 03, 2023 By this application the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 10 days which is caused in filing appeal against the Judgment and Award passed by the Member Technical Railway Claims Tribunal in Claim application No. O.A. (IIU)/NGP/227/2019 decided on 02.09.2022.

As per the contentions of the applicants, the applicants are poor villagers and were not aware about the remedy of appeal.
