This is claimant'

s application seeking withdrawal of the compensation which would be deposited by the respondent no.2 VIDC pursuant to the final judgment and order of this Court dated 17.06.2019. Today itself, VIDC has sought permission of this Court to deposit the said amount within a period of two weeks.

In view of that, the appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount, after the same is deposited by the respondent no.2 VIDC. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs. JUDGE Rgd.
