Learned Advocates for both the parties have pointed out that the proceedings under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 are pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhandara and the recording of evidence of witnesses is in progress.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that both the parties may be directed not to seek unnecessary adjournment in the Court.

The learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes to clear the arrears of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lakhs) during the pendency of the trial. Since the statement is made on undertaking, same is accepted.

The Revision Application stands disposed of with the directions to both the sides that they should not seek unnecessary adjournments in the Trial Court.
