This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent No. 1 is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount subject to furnishing undertaking to the effect that respondent No.1 will return the said amount in case the appeal is decided against respondents alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court. The respondent No.1 is further allowed to withdraw 25% of amount on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The Civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
