DATED : 22/01/2019 The management has challenged the interim order passed by the School Tribunal directing that the respondent no. 1 - employee be reinstated during the pendency of the appeal before it. It is pointed out that now the respondent no. 1 - employee has retired on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order, as the challenges raised by the management have become academic.

The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. Considering the facts of the case, the School Tribunal is directed to decide the appeal till 30/04/2019. JUDGE Ansari
