Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the recitals of the FIR and the investigation papers which shows the involvement of the present applicant in the alleged offence. The departmental enquiry was also conducted wherein he was held guilty for the misconduct, therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail in the event of his arrest. Hence, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
