Criminal Application No.764 of 2016 is filed by the applicant for modification of the Judgment and Order dt.7.1.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.195 of 2012. However, under the garb of Civil Application for modification, what is sought is review of the Judgment and Order, which is clearly barred under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, the application is rejected.

No order as to costs.
