The learned Registrar (Judicial) as per the order dated 19-06-2018, was pleased to direct to remove the office objection within a period 14 days. It was not removed by the applicant. According to him, the First Appeal was refused to be registered. Now, the applicant is ready to remove the office objection. There is a delay in preferring an appeal. Hence, the order :-

O R D E R

(a) Delay of 101 days caused in filing restoration application is condoned.

(b) Restoration application is allowed and Family Court Appeal Stamp No.309/2018 be restored.

(c) The applicant to remove office objection within a period of two weeks.

(d) Application is disposed of.
