HAQ, J.
DATED : 08-06-2015 Shri Akhtar Ansari, the learned Advocate for the respondent and Shri V.P. Marpakwar, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that after filing of the civil application, the petitioners have paid the arrears of salary. Averments made in the civil application show that the salary of the respondent was not paid from January 2014 till November 2014. The petitioners have not controverted these factual aspects. As the arrears of salary are now paid, the respondent does not press the application, however a grievance is made that the petitioners have been withholding the salary for no justifiable reasons. The civil application is disposed as not pressed. However, considering the grievance of the respondent, the petitioners are directed to pay Rs.1,400/- towards costs of this application to the respondent within one month and produce the receipt thereof on record, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without
2 caw3702.14 reference to the Court.
The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
