This is an application for grant of stay to the execution proceeding before the Trial Court.

The petitioner has stated that the possession warrant is issued and for execution of possession warrant, the date fixed is 06.11.2024. Application filed by the petitioner to stay the execution proceedings before the Trial Court, the Trial Court has passed the order and rejected the application. Thereafter, on 19.09.2024, the application for adjournment was filed, which was not considered by the Trial Court.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has stated that the respondent is aware about this petition. Though the respondent is not yet served, the date of execution of possession warrant is 06.11.2024. Hence, prayed for ad-interim stay till next date.

As the petition is pending before this Court and the date is fixed i.e. on 06.11.2024, the order of the Trial

Place the matter on 14.11.2024.
