03rd November, 2017 By this application, the applicants seek extension of time on complying with the directions issued in Civil Application No. 1128 of 2017.

In the application, it is stated that though necessary steps have been taken for furnishing necessary security, further time would be required. It is also stated in the application that instead of furnishing security, the applicants be permitted to furnish surety. Copy of the application has been served on the counsel for the non-applicant who submits that appropriate orders be passed.

Considering averments made in the application, time of three weeks is further granted to the applicants. By said period, the applicants to furnish surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial]. Application is disposed of.
