By this application, the cross-objector is seeking condonation of delay of 345 days in filing the cross-objection in the matter.

This court has already admitted the appeal filed by original appellant by order dated 20.12.2019. 3.

In view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the cross-objector fairly conceds that he will not claim any interest for the period 20.12.2019 upto 12.12.2022 in case his cross-objection is allowed.

Accepting the statement of the applicant, the delay of 345 days in filing the cross-objection is hereby condoned. Application is disposed of.
