DATED : 07-1-2015 This is an application filed by the defendant in Special Civil Suit No.150/2004 praying for grant of extension of time for disposal of the civil suit. This Court while deciding the Civil Revision Application No. 120/2013 has directed the trial Court to dispose the suit expeditiously. Again by the order dated 12-3-2014 this Court directed that the civil suit be disposed till December 2014.

The directions given by this Court are to the trial Court. The application filed by the defendant in the civil suit, is misconceived. The request as made on behalf of the defendant cannot be considered. It is the duty of the trial Court to abide by the directions given by this Court. The civil application is dismissed.
