DATE : 09.12.2016 By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time frame. The petitioner seeks a direction against the University and College to protect the education of the petitioner, till his caste claim is decided.
Mrs. Tiwari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Scrutiny Committee states, on instructions, that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending and the same would be decided within fifteen months. By accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, that would be binding on the Scrutiny Committee, we dispose of the writ petition by directing
0912wp6620.16.odt the respondent nos.4 and 5 to protect the education of the petitioner, till his caste claim is decided. This would mean that the petitioner should be admitted to the classes permitted to appear at the examinations and the result of the petitioner should be declared, if there is no other impediment in doing so. Order accordingly. No costs.
