The objection dated 24.07.2019 in respect of the measurement of the land acquired under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act') has not been considered and therefore, this Writ Petition is filed.

We find that the provisions of Section 64 of the said Act is wide enough to include the dispute as to the measurement of the property acquired. Hence, the petitioner has a statutory remedy which can be availed.
