On query, learned Advocate for the applicants fairly pointed out that the application filed by the applicants praying for discharge from the prosecution is dismissed by the trial Court. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and dismiss this criminal application granting liberty to the applicants to avail appropriate remedy before appropriate forum.
