The prayer for transfer of Applification is objeficted on the ground that distanfice between Wardha and Nagpur Distrifict is quite short and there is better ficonnefictivity by road and train.

In response to the Court's query, Shri. J. R. Kidilay, learned Counsel for Non-Applificant is unable to make a statement on the issue of bearing traveling ficharges to be paid to Applificant/Wife, so also poficket expenses. 3.

In view of the matter, ficonsidering the issue of hardship in favour of Applificant/Wife, the Applification is allowed, in terms of prayer Clause (a).
