Deshpande, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 states that the petitioner has deposited the amount of costs with the Office of Government Pleader, however, it should have been deposited with the Government Pleader (Library). It is submitted that the mistake has occurred inadvertently in the judgment dated 17-112015. Accepting the submissions made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4, it is directed that in paragraph No.6 of the judgment, in 3rd line, words "Government Pleader (Library)" shall be substituted in place of words "Office of the Government Pleader". The judgment be corrected accordingly.

Civil application is allowed.
