Prayer is to permit the respondents to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant for satisfying the claim of compensation. It is stated that respondent no.1 is a senior citizen and is in need of financial help.
Application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant. It is pointed out that respondent nos. 4 and 5 are still minors. Considering the nature of award passed by the Claims Tribunal respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
