This is an application filed by the applicantappellant for restoration of Family Court Appeal No.335/2014.

The appeal when came up for hearing on 26.09.2018 none was present for the appellant and, therefore, the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Reason given is that the learned advocate representing the appellant was on his legs before other Bench.

In that view, the application is allowed in terms of prayer made therein. Civil Application stands disposed of.
