The learned advocate for the appellant submits that, within eight weeks entire amount under award as per the decision of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Warud, Dist. Amravati will be deposited in this Court. 5.

Considering this submissions, the application is allowed as prayed subject to condition of depositing amount under award within eight weeks.

It is clarified that, if the entire amount as per award is not deposited within eight weeks, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order. 7.

Application is disposed.
