OCTOBER 8, 2025 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions against respondent no.3 - Police Station - Janefal, Taluka - Mehkar, District - Buldhana, to register an offence on the basis of report dated 19/5/2022.

2] In our view, there is an alternative and equally efficacious remedy, under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), available, which the petitioners may avail.

3] With above liberty, the petition is disposed of.
