DATED : October 09, 2019 None for the petitioner though called out twice. By order dated 13.03.2019, the petitioner was called upon to file an affidavit explaining the aspect of delay and laches caused in filing the present writ petition. Though such affidavit was required to be filed within two weeks, the same has not been filed till today. Moreover, a last opportunity was granted by order dated 24.09.2019. In view thereof, the writ petition is not entertained in view of the fact that the award dated 20.03.2013 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Nagpur is sought to be challenged in the present writ petition which was filed on 22.11.2016. There is no explanation for raising such challenge belatedly. The writ petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
