Heard.
By this application, the petitioner has prayed that meeting scheduled on 6th November, 2017 for electing Sarpanch of Grampanchayat be stayed. The petitioner claims that she is illegally removed from the office of Sarpanch.
This Court issued notices to respondents by order dated 10th October, 2017. The prayer of the petitioner for interim order was not granted. Out of nine members seven members supported the no confidence motion.
Considering the facts of the case, prayer made in the civil application is rejected. However, it is clarified
2 caw2462.17 that the election would be subject to further orders to be passed in the writ petition. The civil application is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
JUDGE Tambaskar.
