Being aggrieved by the same impugned judgment and award, these appeals filed one by Insurance Company and another by original claimants for enhancement. Since there is a delay on the part of both the appellants, these Civil Applications are filed.

For the reasons stated in both the applications, the delay is caused in filing of both the appeals stands condoned. Both Civil Applications are allowed and disposed accordingly. Both appeals be registered.
