He has prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide the proposal of the petitioner No.2 dated 02.08.2023 so also subsequent representations. 3.

In view of the fact that said proposal is still not decided we direct the respondent No.2- Director of Corrected as per order dated 15.12.2025 Education to decide the proposal dated 02.08.2023 within ten weeks from the order dated 15.12.2025. If the said proposal is not received by the Director of Education, he may call for the proposal from the concerned authority. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before the authorities within one week from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No order as to costs.
