This petition takes exception to the order dated 14-10-2024 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pauni, below Exhibit-19 in Regular Civil Suit No.75/2021.

ii.

The respondent herein has filed the above suit for removal of encroachment and possession of the suit property. iii.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has allowed the application filed by respondent for appointment of Court Commissioner to measure the suit property. iv.

Considering the fact that the suit is for removal of encroachment and possession, I am not inclined to interfere in the order impugned. The petition is dismissed.
