This is an application for grant of bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application, after six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The learned trial Court is already directed to give precedence to the under trial prisoners. Considering the pendency before the learned trial Court, the liberty is granted to the applicant to approach this Court, after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 4.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
