Present application has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur praying for extension of time to comply with the order dated 03/09/2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5014/2025 whereby it is directed to respondent No.1 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of the order.

Ms Kavita Bhondge, learned AGP appearing for respondent No.1/applicant in the present civil application has pointed out the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.4, 5 and 6 of the

916.caw.2486.25.odt application because of which the aforesaid claim could not be decided within a period of three weeks and hence this application for extension of time.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and also the submission made by Mr. N.D. Jambhule, learned Counsel for the petitioner, we allow the present civil application and grant extension of three months time from 24/09/2025 to respondent No.1 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. 5.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. 6.

The authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the parties to act upon.
