D ATE : OCTOBER 07, 2025 The counsel for the petitioners requests for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand and submits that the petitioners have filed a civil application bearing C.A.W. No. 2359 of 2025 in that regard.

This Court by order dated 02.05.2025 had granted time of two weeks to the petitioners for depositing the amount and by an order dated 15.09.2025, one week's time was granted to the petitioners for depositing the amount to show their bona fides. It appears that on 30.09.2025, the petitioners have filed an application for extension of time to deposit the amount. 3.

It has to be noted that the direction to deposit the amount of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand was issued to enable the petitioners to show their bona fides. The petitioners are granted one more week's time to deposit the amount of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand subject to the payment of costs of Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred to be paid to the respondent within one week from today.

In view of this, C.A.W. No.2359 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5.
