Considering the nature of directions proposed to be issued, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent.

The petitioner was serving as an Agriculture Officer with Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur. During the course of services, he raised certain grievances with regard to non-sanction of his leave and matters pertaining to service book. A representation in that regard dated 28.08.2018 has been made to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur which the petitioner submits has still not been adjudicated upon.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to consider the representation dated 28.08.2018 and take a decision thereon in accordance with law. The same be done within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur.
