DATED : 10/10/2018 After the matter was argued for some time, Shri V.A. Thakre, learned APP has pointed out that Crime No. 0017/2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 337, 427, 143, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code is registered against the applicant and he has suppressed this fact in the application filed by him and to the contrary, the applicant has stated that any other crime is not registered against him.

Faced with the situation, the learned advocate for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application.

The application is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
