Heard learned counsel for the rival parties In so far as the main accused is concerned, there is no dispute that the injuries caused by him were grievous, that too by a knife, on vital part of the body of the victim. However, as far as the applicant Subhash is concerned, the FIR shows that he simply pushed Sau. Rukhmina who tried to intervene in the scuffle. That being so, Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order dated 15th December, 2015.
