By this application, the appellant is seeking the withdrawal of balance compensation amount on the ground that the appeal is already decided on 20/10/2022 and the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.16,65,025/- out of which the amount of Rs.13,32,020/- was withdrawn by the respondents on 16/04/2019. Now as the appeal is dismissed, the balance amount be permitted to be withdrawn.

Learned Counsel for the applicant/respondent Nos.1A to 1E(iv) submitted that the appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The amount be disbursed to respondent Nos.1A to 1E(iv) along with
