A further prayer is made for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- [Rs.Twenty Five Thousand only] deposited in this Court as per order dated 19.12.2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank on instructions states that respondent bank has no objection to such withdrawal.

Hence, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw Rs.25,000/- [Rs.Twenty Five Thousand only] deposited in this Court along with interest, if any.
