The respondent-Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the caste-claim of the petitioner expeditiously in any case within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 22/07/2024 with all the relevant documents.

Till the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, there shall be status quo as regards employment of the petitioner which is in operation since last about six years.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 6.
