1] We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and have perused our order dated 27.3.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.4186/2017. 2] The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad places on record a purshis dated 7.2.2020 to indicate that the representation filed by the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 27.3.2019, has been considered and an order has been passed on 24.1.2020. 3] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would prefer a writ petition for challenging the order dated 24.1.2020 and this petition can be disposed off.
